A few weeks ago I started the “onflickr” project. I had had the idea in my head for a long time, as I was a bit disappointed that when I signed up to flickr they didn’t offer a personalized subdomain for the user’s photos. I’m not complaining about their current system, I just thought that would be a thing that flickr would do. So, I started onflickr. Ugly as my design of the site may be, this site will convert your flickr photos url (flickr.com/photos/<username>) to <username>.onflickr.com.

The site also uses flashapis.com’s beautiful flash slideshow for flickr - if you visit http://<username>.onflickr.com/show/ you will see all of your photos in the slideshow, itching to be looked at.
