I’ve done the headers properly this time and used sIFR, partly because I like the anti-aliasing effect of flash text and I have also been told it is more accessible. The border around this page is familiar because it is the side of a window in windows vista. I liked the look of it, and it nicely frames the page content.

Also if you try hovering over this link, you will see that I have decided to incorporate fancy tooltips into my theme again, much like the old “Crisp” theme. I couldn’t be bothered with fancy tooltips, plus they didn’t look right.

It is no where near finished, but you get the jist of it.
